Learn More About Ford's Custom Gun Refinishing

Ford's Custom Gun Refinishing has a team of experienced, knowledgeable craftsmen working in their shop located in historic Crystal River, FL. As a local, family-owned business of 18 years, every customer is valuable to us.
Our plating tanks are maintained with the right solutions to ensure consistent finish quality. Every step of our refinishing process is done by hand instead of using mass production techniques that are commonly found in many modern refinishing shops.

High-Quality Gun Refinishing Services

Our hands-on approach and attention-to-detail allow us to maintain the crisp edges, the exact roundness of holes, and close tolerances that are critical to the proper functioning of your firearm.

Our business philosophy includes quality work, integrity, and personal service – something that is truly rare in today's world. All finishes are backed by a full one-year guarantee, excluding our 24k gold finish.

Highly Experienced Gun Refinishing Team

With nearly 3 decades of experience, we have done work for collectors and museums, and our work has been featured in popular gun magazines. We have also refinished many of the guns and Desert Eagles you have seen in movies.
We do extensive work for small gun shops, manufacturers, and individuals. We have been doing Magnum Research's custom refinishing on Desert Eagle pistols for many years. We have even received referrals from Colt!
